Summer and Winter School Programs
AAEE’s Summer and Winter School Programs are immersive experiences that bring together engineering educators and researchers wanting to enter into engineering education research (and those who want a refresher!) to learn about designing and undertaking effective education research projects, evaluating teaching and curriculum and positioning evaluation and research activities in light of current trends. Winter School has become a flagship event in the AAEE calender, having been offered for many years throughout Australia in the June/July break between semesters attracting educators and researchers from all over Australasia (and even some from further afield!). February 2020 saw the launch of AAEE’s Summer School offering in New Zealand to much success. You can find a reflection on the 2019 Winter School program here to get a feel for the programs.
